being thankful {for the vote!}

Today I am thankful for the right to vote.

Guess what, lazy Americans {mostly this is me.} ?

You didn't always have this right.

In fact, women didn't have this right until like the 1920's, and at first it was only women who owned land.

Actually, when people did first vote, it was only wealthy landowners.

So...

Remember what we went through to have this right.

Keep it sacred.
